I absolutely love those mystic creatures, which adorn the walls, roofs and terraces of western Europe's Gothic buildings! I watch them with awe and admiration and always keep an eye out for them.

Valentine's day

Albeit a relatively happy day, (despite the somewhat artificial pressure to necessarily be happy and in love, no matter what) let's not forget that Valentine's day was only made up so we can buy pre-fabricated, thoughtless, easy-to-use cards.
What does this tell you about 'love'?

If you, like me, decide to still follow the tradition, I advice you to do it your own, personal way and input your own personal touch, whatever it may be. Give your loved one a paper-mache heart if you like...just make it your own!
